Massage

Cary received her Bachelor’s degree in Hollistic Health from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, California. She has over 2,000 hours of hands on and other training in massage and movement therapies, nutrition, and somatic psychology.

Cary traveled to Thailand to study up to the certification level at International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai.

Cary has been a massage therapist since 1997. The primary modalities that she uses in her practice are Thai massage, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques.
